Flew into Las Vegas for a day trip. My boys and I love guinness so we decided to stop by and check out the merchandise. Lady working asked us where we came from. We told her the ice bar and asked if she had ever been. Her response was no because she’s not rich. She then proceeded to tell us how stupid it was for us to fly into Las Vegas and gamble. At least she said sorry, I guess. Nice store but that employee was the rudest most repulsive person I’ve ever met. Someone definitely dropped the ball when she got hired. Definitely won’t return.
This is actually the second time I've been to this store and it was even better than the first! The associates were fun, lively, and were more than willing to help answer questions or just have fun banter. It felt very organic jumping into and out of the conversation as people came in and left the store. Great flow and situational awareness to keep everyone taken care of. Nothing felt forced or overbearing as some stores seem to in Vegas. The attached Ri Ra is also a wonderful experience!
Just a small note: I find it magnificent that the two t-shirts I bought smelled like Irish Whiskey the first time I wore them. Some of the best smelling shirts I've ever owned! But that may not play in your favor if you get pulled over while wearing one of their tees. One wash and they're fine, though. Sláinte!
This trip was a big disappointment, three employees on staff who didn't have time for us. We love the merch but we almost ordered online due to the staff experience.
Every other time we gave been here has been 5 stars, they appear to be slipping!
Very poor customer service and I haven't even been into the store. When I do call, I ask for specific person and the women who have answered are rude, unfriendly, not helpful and have hung up on me. If you don't want us calling there just please ask me not to. Although, there is a gentleman that works there who's the total opposite of the women there. He's friendly, professional and helpful.
Staff was very friendly first thing in the morning. Selection was good, with many items the same as the Storehouse in Dublin. They have Notre Dame/Guinness items, too. Best of all: they pour fresh Guinness!
Very awesome store! You can get so many different drinks there and can try some for free. They have souvenirs and merchandise for any fan. I really enjoyed the selection of shirts and jackets. They also had very small knickknacks if your looking for a cheap gift for a friend!
The super incredible attention, the siphon beers and the 3D printing on it from another world, you should take some time to visit it, you won’t regret it.
I’m told this is the only place outside of Dublin, Ireland that you can have access to so many Guinness items and beverages. Besides where else can you get a properly poured pint that you can sip on while you shop the over priced merchandise. They have everything Guinness and more. Just be prepared to pay up.
